6. All cashback amounts are calculated using the following formula: net losses on participating games from any deposit during the promotional period, multiplied by 25%. Net losses from bonus money or jackpot wins are excluded from your calculation.
7. Any cashback amount due must be requested via Live Chat or by email: support@zetcasino.com on the Sunday following the promotional period, after 1:00 AM ET, and before 6:59 PM ET. If you do not activate it prior to expiration, your entitlement to the cashback bonus will be voided.
